Feel better right now!

Sometimes life can jolt you can you can feel bad all of a sudden, even if you try and control your feelings, we do all sometimes hit rock bottom.

Here are some great ways you can feel better right away:

1) Think of all the things you are grateful for currently, I know this might be the last thing you want to think of right now, but just go somewhere quiet for 10 minutes. Relax your body and any tension you have and then breathe deep and slow through your nose, in and out. Then really think about what you have that makes you proud, could be work, children or a hobby your good. Then really amplify the feeling you get and hold on to it, how??? Simply keep thinking about it even more. This is a great way to feel better in no time at all.

2) Another reason why people tend to feel bad is due to a sense of lose of control or the feeling of 'life controls me' and not that they are in control. What you have to do is able to block out what is happening around you no matter what it is, as thinking and feeling bad about it will not serve you. What you have to do is try and get to the root of why you think you feel bad at this time - then make a list of 3 things you can do to make the situation better. And start to move to making the root cause better, be brave in your actions to get rid of the problem

These 2 ways are powerful quick sure methods to make you feel better when you are down. But remember to try and be true to your self so you can get things sorted as quick as possible. Then the more you do this something amazing happens... you feel in control of your own life! The best thing is it doesn't cost anything and you have helped yourself.
